Yes we do! Our 410 China road Winslow location has climate controlled units.

What is a climate control storage unit?

Climate controlled storage units are rental units that the temperate and humidity is managed inside our building. , the temperature is controlled within the building is kept anywhere between 65 to 80 degrees depending on the time of the year. That means your items won’t get exposed to changes in temperature and humidity outside,which could cause damage to your items. While slightly more expensive than using indoor or outdoor units, the few dollars you spend in extra rent could save you thousands of dollars in damage down the road. Common items susceptible to hot and cold weather include: wooden furniture, books and comics, electronics, antiques, vintage musical instruments and other older, valuable instruments, artwork, wine, photographs, and other valuables.

How do I lock up my rental unit

We require that all our rental customers lock their storage units using a round discus style lock. They can be pitched online or can purchased at many local hardware stores. These style locks add additional security and help prevent break ins. Some locks have a serial number on the bottom of the lock. We recommend that you copy it down and then scrape the number off. This number could possibly be used to make duplicate keys. Never label your keys with the name of the rental facility and your storage unit number. That info in the wrong hands could lead to break ins.
